Beginning in 1873, the year of inauguration of the establishment of Ponte Seveso Milan, Pirelli began his work, bringing in the Industrial Revolution. Photographs and archival documents testify to the first generations of workers to cope with the new car for working rubber. The way economic and industrial progress of representing a full history of work and workers in Italy and abroad - as early as the late twenties because the adventure begins production in South American land, the first step in the process of internationalization of Pirelli Group. Whole chapters are devoted to the great men who, with their commitment and their hard work, have become players in the history of work in our country and abroad, the late nineteenth and throughout the last century.
